Eminent Gold Corp., gold exploration company, engages in the exploration and evaluation of resource properties in the United States. It explores for gold and silver deposits. The company holds an option agreement to acquire 100% interests in the Hot Springs property located in Humboldt County, Nevada; and the Gilbert South property located to the west of Tonopah, Nevada.
