The company operates through Investment Banking; Corporate & Commercial; Global Markets – trading; Consumer Banking; Private Banking; and Head office segments. It offers banking products, such as savings, current, call, and business accounts, and deposit products; motor, travel, home, secured, landlord, buyout, car, POS loans, and business finance; mortgages; general, lifestyle, accidental, business and individual, conventional and Islamic, term insurance, and saving and investment products; credit and prepaid cards; advisory and securities services; Islamic and private banking; and trade finance solutions, which include letters of credit and guarantee, bills of collection, and trade and supply chain financing. The company also provides sophisticated investment solutions, brokerage, and securities services to affluent and high net-worth customers; and corporate and Islamic finance, capital markets, transaction banking, trade, liquidity, and cash management services, as well as risk management solutions for credit, rates, foreign exchange, and money market products. In addition, it offers brokerage, leasing, property management, real estate investment, resourcing, IT, management, and payment services. The company serves customers through distribution and sales channels that include mobile and Internet banking, branches, and direct sales agents.
