Mefcom Capital Markets Limited engages in the capital market operations and merchant banking activities in India. In addition, the company provides investment banking services related to IPOs, private placement, and bond offerings, as well as acts as a broker for mergers and acquisitions. Further, it offers investment planning services, which comprise public issues management, capital restructuring, private equity, debt syndication, advisory, corporate, loan against equity shares, and valuations. Additionally, the company provides financial advisory services, and capital market solutions to domestic and multinational clients. Mefcom Capital Markets Limited was incorporated in 1985 and is headquartered in New Delhi, India.
