In addition, on the basis of alliance with the Carrefour group, the Company develops in Morocco stores under the Carrefour brand. Label’Vie SA is a subsidiary of Retail Holding. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated through two subsidiaries, HLV and Metro Cash & Carry Maroc.v
