Aceso Life Science Group Limited, an investment holding company, engages in the financial services, property leasing and development, and construction machinery businesses in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. It operates through Rental and Sale of Construction Machinery and Spare Parts Business; Provision of Repair and Maintenance and Transportation Service Business; Money Lending Business; Provision of Asset Management, Securities Brokerage and Other Financial Service Business; Property Leasing Business; and Property Development Business segments. The company leases and sells construction machinery, including crawler cranes, other mobile cranes, aerial platforms, and foundation equipment, as well as spare parts; and sells construction materials. It also offers repair and maintenance services for construction machinery; transportation services, such as local container delivery, construction site delivery, and heavy machinery transport; mortgaged and personal loans; and money lending, asset management, commodities, futures, securities brokerage, and other financial services. In addition, the company retails men’s and women’s apparel; and provides group management, administration, and securities investment services. Further, it is involved in bioscience; and urban development and operation investment businesses. The company was formerly known as Hao Tian Development Group Limited and changed its name to Aceso Life Science Group Limited in October 2020. Aceso Life Science Group Limited was founded in 1985 and is based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
