The company was formerly known as PT Dayamitra Malindo. The company was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk. is a subsidiary of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
