It offers leasing, loans, operating leases, deposit mobilization, SME lending, and other financial services. The company also provides deposit and savings accounts; debit cards; vehicle purchase loans; lease financing services for cars, buses, lorries, three wheelers, jeeps, tractors, agricultural machinery, and construction machinery and equipment, as well as to assist in acquiring brand new assets or re-financing used vehicles and equipment; micro financing services; and business loans for the purchase of machinery or business expansion projects. In addition, it offers fleet hire services; and operates Careka.lk, an online trading platform. Further, the company provides insurance broking services covering personal insurance products, such as motor, household, personal accident, health and surgical, life, and travel insurance; and corporate insurance products, including motor, property, employee protection, liability, engineering, and marine insurance. Additionally, it is involved in the manufacture and distribution of PVC pipes and fittings; manufacture of mineral products; development and sale of real estate properties; vehicles hiring activities; construction and sale of apartments; rental of commercial properties; investment business; and provision of healthcare services. Central Finance Company PLC was incorporated in 1957 and is headquartered in Kandy, Sri Lanka.
