What Is Cashaa?

Cashaa is creating a better bank, challenging legacy banking by building an app and products with input from our community of users. Our blockchain based platform enables its community to store, save, spend, receive, borrow and get insured, with a simplified user experience in a legally compliant way. What Is The Product?

The product is a smart digital wallet, which enables its community to store, save, spend, receive, borrow and get insured, with a simplified user experience in a legally compliant way. National currencies in the Cashaa wallet will move cheaper, faster and easier than cryptocurrencies and can be transferred to any card, bank account or wallet in the world (including cards issued by traditional banks or Fintech startups). Cards can be tokenized and stored on a smartwatch, smartphone etc. to make payments without the need of physical cards.

How Does The Product Work?

Together with one of the biggest payment networks in the world we have built the world's first wallet that enables our user to transfer money to any card in the world. The sender and the receiver transact in the local currency and need no awareness of cryptocurrencies or blockchain technology. As a Cashaa User, you can receive your salary, keep savings etc. in national or cryptocurrency* (depending upon regulations), just like a bank account. Using the Cashaa debit card, you can spend at shopping malls, buy things online, secure your card using your wallet and transfer money to anywhere in the world in a matter of minutes.

What Is Your Target Market?

Among personal consumers, we are targeting immigrants, average bank users, international students and travellers. Business consumers will include Fintech companies with innovative ideas for lending, bill payments, E-Commerce, crowdfunding, startups, ICOs launching card-based solutions, media companies, businesses with multiple vendor payouts, etc.

By When Will It Be Live?

In Q2 2018, Cashaa has launched its OTC Exchange, and will launch a Global P2P Exchange and release the Cashaa Banking Wallet Demo. In Q3 2018, Cashaa will obtain regulatory approvals, integrate with FI and networks in Europe & India, as well as with AuxLedger, one of the world’s largest blockchain networks. In Q4 2018, Cashaa will launch its banking application (Wallet) in Europe, followed by a launch in India in Q1 2019. From Q2 2019, Cashaa will expand its banking services to South East Asia & Africa.
