Guys, today is the last day of the rally in Brent oil. The Trend line of downward sloping channel clearly showing top of next wave around 102.80. therefore 102.60 is very very good level to sell oil again.

I pity on some the traders who start buying oil as soon as any oil producer nation give statement of production cut. Such traders indirectly help rise inflation creating inflationary pressure on word economy. Such traders don't understand that the oil producers give such statements only to boost the prices & actual supply remains  unchanged. Oil producer Nation like Saudi Arabia is giving such statements since last 3-4 years in order to boost the prices, but I have never seen any shortage of crude oil in international market due to supply tightening. So taking long positions in oil on production cut news is basically becoming fool & creating inflationary pressure on our own economy. I therefore appeal to every trader not to take long positions in oil and always short it whenever possible.

Absolutely Suneet sir, I have earned well whenever shorted oil in last 3-4 months, but I never go long in oil even I catch the upside of oil many times as oil is one of the most important commodity which rises the inflation particularly in a nation like our India which imports about 80% of our total oil demand.

Oil prices rose on Tuesday as Saudi Arabia threatened production cuts to offset a potential Iran-led supply glut, while contrasting statements over the nuclear deal between Tehran and Washington indicated that an agreement was further away than previously anticipated.
