Stock Market Today – 15th December 2020

Yesterday, Nifty 50 closed at 0.33% up from its previous trading day’s close; whereas Nifty Mid Cap 100 closed with 0.66% gain from previous day’s close.

Today Indian Benchmark Index, Nifty 50 opened at 13547. Yesterday, it made a new high of 13598 closed at 13558. FII and Pro combined sold 13354 contracts in the Index Option as on 14th December 2020. The Nifty & Bank Nifty Trend wheel (on our App & website) is showing Sell Bias, which indicates that the Markets are trading with a Sell Bias but can change to “Sell” or “Buy Bias”. So, investors must take their positions accordingly.

On the Global front, the US Index, S&P 500 (Futures) opened at 3647 today, near its previous trading day’s close, yesterday it made a high of 3691. Hong Kong Benchmark Index, Hang Seng opened at 26363 today, yesterday the index made a high of 26544 and closed at 26390. Japan Benchmark Index, Nikkei opened at 26667 today. On its previous trading day, it had gone up to 26870 and closed at 26732.
