A lot of people had expressed that EOD analysis of F&O is easy because there are no fluctuations, therefore today's update is during the live market.
Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd (NS:INBF) and Delta Corp Ltd (NS:DELT) - have been put under the ban by National Stock Exchange (NSE) for Wednesday, May 24.
Derivative contracts in security are banned when it crosses 95 per cent of the market-wide position limit (MWPL). No new positions can be created in the derivative contracts of said security. This prohibition is lifted when the open interest in the stock drops below 80 per cent of the MWPL across exchanges.
This means as per yesterday's list 2 stocks have come out of the ban list
Stock 1: L&T Finance Holdings (NS:LTFH)
The company has posted net profit for the March quarter at Rs 501 crore against Rs 342 crore in the year-ago period which is a rise of ~47%.
Stock 2: Manappuram Finance (NS:NS:MNFL)
The company has posted a net profit / (loss) of Rs.1495.97 crores for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2023, as against net profit / (loss) of Rs.1328.43 crores for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022, which is a rise of 12.61%.
Therefore once again within the first hour of market opening demand for L&TFH was on the rise and demand for May 2023 series: expiry on 25th May, especially with CE Strike of 100 and 101, and the price of these options is rising continuously @ 1433% and 966% respectively (while writing this article during live market)
Please note: the market is still live and at the time of writing this article stock was trading @ 102.1 (up by 3.76%) With just 1 more day of trading left for May expiry, the price fluctuations will be at their peak hence cautioned approach is not only advised but recommended as well to follow strict stop loss if the stock goes below 101 levels.
